What are Biofuels? Biorfuels are termed as such because like "fossil fuels" they come from decayed organic or "biological" matter. Unlike fossil fuels, biofuels are more easilly replenished as the plant matter used to make biofuels does not undergo the millions of years of decay that produces fossil fuels like natural gas and oil.
Examples of Biofuels are Ethanol, which can be made from sugar cane or less efficiently from corn, Biodiesel and wood pellets.
Biofuels Trading - Trading in the Biofuels markets is almost entirely OTC (over the counter) i.e. not on an exchange between 2 counterparties.
